Notes:

Cruiser Group Average Speed

With riders getting fitter as we come into Summer the Cruiser group(s) will be switching to the summer average speed range 15 - 16.5 mph (24 - 26.6 kph) which is just 0.5 mph quicker.

All other group average speed ranges remain the same.

 

The Pace Group will continue on a weekly basis, subject to the availability of ride leaders. With this in mind, they may not be available every week.

We will endevour to have two Cruiser group ride leaders available every Sunday. If we have more than 10 -12 riders sign up, we'll split into two groups. Depending on who turns up, one group may be slightley quicker, but the aim will be to stay within the Cruiser average speed range.​
